What we do

Skeggs Labs LLC builds and operates software-as-a-service (SaaS) applications. Our products are accessed online through a web browser and sold as recurring subscriptions — there are no physical goods to ship.

We are in early development. Specific product names, features, availability, and pricing will be published on this page as each product launches.

Pricing

We haven’t launched a product yet, so there is nothing to purchase today.

When our first product becomes available, full pricing — including subscription tiers and billing terms — will be published here. Purchases will be made online and billed in U.S. dollars on a recurring basis until cancelled.

These policies describe how Skeggs Labs LLC intends to operate its SaaS products. They will be updated with product-specific terms as we launch.

Terms of Service

By using a Skeggs Labs LLC product, you agree to these terms. Our products are provided as online subscription services for your lawful use. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.

Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. We may update or discontinue features over time and will make reasonable efforts to notify customers of material changes. Services are provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Skeggs Labs LLC is registered.

Privacy Policy

We collect only the information needed to provide our services: account details (such as name and email), usage data, and billing information. Payments are processed securely by our payment provider, Stripe — we do not store full payment card numbers on our systems.

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers who help us operate (such as hosting and payment processing), or where required by law. You may request access to or deletion of your personal data by contacting us.

Refunds & Cancellation

You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting us. When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period and does not renew thereafter.

Because our products are digital services, fees already billed are generally non-refundable except where required by law. If you believe you were billed in error, contact us and we will work to resolve it promptly.

Delivery & Fulfillment

Our products are digital services delivered electronically. There is no physical shipment.

Upon successful payment and account activation, access to the purchased service is provisioned online and is typically available immediately. Service is provided over the web for the duration of your active subscription.
